National Bank of Kyrgyzstan suspends licenses of several exchange offices

The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan took action against several financial institutions for violation of the requirements of legislation and regulations. Thus, one of the microcredit companies in Bishkek was fined 55,000 soms. The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

In addition, the National Bank temporarily suspended the licenses of a number of exchange offices:

  • Nurzaman LTD (license No. 6354, September 14, 2022) — Chingiz Aitmatov Avenue, 299 v (Ala-Archa shopping mall, 1st floor). The license is suspended from October 10 to October 24, 2024;
  • Grand CASH (license no. 6296, May 26, 2023) — Abdrakhmanov Street, 150. The license is suspended from October 10 to October 24, 2024;
  • Express Money MK (license no. 6729, March 4, 2024) — Togolok Moldo Street, 5, apt. 2. The license is suspended from October 10 to October 24, 2024;
  • Binance Trade (license no. 6247, December 29, 2021) — Moskovskaya Street, 71. The license is suspended from October 10 to October 24, 2024;
  • Trend KG (license no. 6644, November 28, 2023) — Abdrakhmanov Street, 144, premises no. 5. The license is suspended from October 10 to 16, 2024;
  • Optsiya (license no. 6508, April 6, 2023) — Abdrakhmanov Street, 150. The license is suspended from October 10 to October 14, 2024.

Measures were taken in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic to ensure compliance with financial and legal standards.
