Son of the President Sadyr Japarov, Rustam, is building the largest golf course in Central Asia in Issyk-Kul region. The head of state told Kabar news agency.
At the same time, Sadyr Japarov noted that his children and other relatives do not interfere in state affairs and will not do it.
«I always tell them not to deal with the state. We must learn from the past. Previously, most officials, who had power, dealt with the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Tax Service, the Border Service and other state-owned enterprises. They handed over the remaining or non-existent goods at two or three times the price. Now all this has stopped. Therefore, development is underway in the ministries now,» he said.
Rustam is involved in attracting investment. He is building a golf course in Issyk-Kul region. God willing, we will open it next year. It will be the largest golf course in Central Asia.

According to him, last year Rustam Japarov also began work on the construction of football pitches with lighting in every village of the republic.
«To date he has completed work in Tyup, Ak-Suu villages and has reached Jeti-Oguz. Now they want to start construction in Batken and At-Bashi at the same time. They are not bragging when they say that every village will have a football pitch in the next five years,» the president told.
He noted that the son of the head of the State Committee for National Security Kamchybek Tashiev, Tai-Muras, is building houses for people in need. He recently built housing for those who lost it as a result of mudflows.
«When did the children of presidents help the people? On the contrary, they extended their hand and said: «Give me, right?» The main thing is not to harm the state. I always tell everyone: «Work with investors, attract them to the country. Do not take your earnings abroad. On the contrary, bring them home. Then you will have clear conscience before God and the Kyrgyz people,» Sadyr Japarov emphasized.
Recall, in August 2023, journalists found out that SK-Development company was building a multifunctional complex in Issyk-Kul region, which will consist of a five-star hotel, villas, cottages and a golf club on 68 hectares of land.
Officially, the company was owned by Rustam Japarov’s friend Eldos Usenbekov. Later, President Sadyr Japarov confirmed that his son was overseeing the construction of the large-scale sports complex on the shore of Issyk-Kul Lake.
