Two more streets in Bishkek to be made one-way

Two more streets in Bishkek will be made one-way starting from January 13. The press service of the City Hall reported.

Appropriate road signs are currently being installed.

The following street sections will be one-way:

— Razzakov from Kievskaya Street to Moskovskaya Street (from north to south);

— Orozbekov from Moskovskaya Street to Kievskaya Street (from south to north).

Sections of Gogol Street from Zhumabek Street to Moskovskaya Street (from north to south) and Suyumbayev from Moskovskaya Street to Zhibek Zholu Avenue (from south to north) became one-way from December 27, 2023, and sections of Turusbekov Street from Moskovskaya Street to Zhibek Zholu Avenue (from south to north) and Umetaliev Street from Zhibek Zholu Avenue to Moskovskaya Street (from north to south) — from January 6.

Earlier it was reported that sections of eight streets will become one-way in the capital, and on two, on the contrary, two-way traffic will be made. All work is planned to be completed by January 14.
