Two miners were rescued from under the rubble in Sulyukta, Batken region in Yuzhny 3 mine. The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
«On January 7, information was received that two miners were trapped under the rubble in Yuzhny 3 mine in Sulyukta. A group of rescuers was immediately sent to the scene,» the ministry noted.
Search and rescue operations were carried out at a depth of 140 meters. The rescued men were handed over to doctors.
Over the past two years, 94 rescue operations have been carried out at coal mines in Sulyukta. Six people were rescued from under the rubble.
