Foreign institutions of Kyrgyzstan have issued 129,931 passports of the Kyrgyz Republic since 2022. The country’s Deputy Foreign Minister Almaz Imangaziev voiced the data.
According to him, 103,206 regular international passports and 25,723 identification cards were issued. In addition, foreign agencies have issued 4,402 driver’s licenses of the Kyrgyz Republic and, since March 13, 2023, 36 Meken cards.
For ten months of 2023, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, together with foreign agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic, provided 350,184 consular services.
