Users of Infodocs electronic document management system (EDMS) can now easily and quickly extend the validity of their cloud certificates. The Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan reports.
The ministry recalled that previously, when a cloud electronic signature expired, employees had to write official letters or visit public service centers.
Now they only need one click to renew their certificate and continue unimpeded work.
«A week before the expiration date of the electronic signature, Infodocs users receive a notification with a renewal offer. Integration of the electronic document management system and E-Kyzmat system allows the employee’s data to be verified automatically. After successful verification, the employee receives a new certificate to his or her e-mail, and their work is not slowed down. This innovation is designed to make the process of renewal of cloud electronic signature more convenient and efficient, allowing employees to avoid waiting and unnecessary hassle,» the Ministry of Digital Development said.
