A law has been signed providing for the extension of Kyrgyzstan’s obligations within the EAEU to equip all checkpoints of the Kyrgyz Republic on the customs border of the EAEU. The document was adopted by the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan on October 18, 2023 and was approved by the President Sadyr Japarov.
The protocol stipulates that the term for ensuring the arrangement and logistical equipping of all checkpoints of the republic (places of movement of goods and vehicles) on the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union is extended for Kyrgyzstan from 96 to 108 months (for 12 more months).
