As part of the relocation of four facilities of the State Penitentiary Service outside the cities of Bishkek, Osh, Jalal-Abad and Karakol, construction of prison colony No. 10 is underway in Bai-Munduz village, Bazar-Korgon district. The press service of the Penitentiary Service reported.
