Premises were returned to the state and damages totaling 593.9 million soms were compensated. The press center of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) reported.
According to it, facts of illegal provision of land plots for use and non-fulfillment of land use conditions by tenants were revealed during the suppression of illegal provision and use of state and municipal property together with the Municipal Property Management Department. A number of criminal cases have been initiated.
«In the course of investigative and operational activities it was established that in 2005 the City Hall allocated land plots to I.M.S. LLC and citizen A.E. for temporary use. The company was supposed to build apartment buildings on the provided territory and provide 10 percent of the apartments to the municipality. However, the conditions were not met,» the SCNS said.
The SCNS added that more than 100 apartments and non-residential premises with a total area of 6,644 square meters were transferred to municipal ownership for 505 million soms and 88.9 million soms were returned to the state.
The total amount of compensated damage reached 593.9 million soms.
Currently, investigative and operational-search activities are being carried out to identify other persons involved, as well as work continues to detect and suppress similar facts.
