Bread made from local flour baked and sold in Osh region

Bakers in Kyrgyzstan began baking and selling bread made of local first-grade flour Tulpar from Agrovest domestic flour mill. The Antimonopoly Regulation Service reported.

The agency notes that its quality is not inferior to imported flour, and the elasticity of the dough is excellent.

At the initiative of service specialists, a special examination was carried out at one of the bakeries in Osh region. Tandoor bread (flatbread) was produced from the first grade local flour Tulpar. As a result, the bread turned out to be of high quality.
