The Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan told in detail about the salary of the President of Heritage of Great Nomads National Holding Company.
Earlier, the media published information that, as an external manager of Kumtor Gold Company, Tengiz Bolturuk received a salary of $45,000 per month in Heritage of Great Nomads Holding. This is the salary approved by the Minister of Finance Almaz Baketaev. In addition, at Kumtor, his salary was $55,000. Thus, Tengiz Bolturuk received $100,000 per month.
The Ministry of Finance said that by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers dated December 10, 2021 No. 297, Heritage of Great Nomads National Holding Company was established for reforms in the mining industry. Tengiz Bolturuk was appointed to the post of the President of the company.
At least 3.4 billion soms were allocated from the republican budget to form the authorized capital of the company.
«The Ministry of Finance emphasizes that at the moment there were no expenses related to the payment of wages to Tengiz Bolturuk from the republican budget and the budget of Heritage of Great Nomads National Holding Company. This is confirmed by accounting reports,» the ministry said in the statement.
According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers dated February 10, 2023, the procedure for the liquidation of Heritage of Great Nomads Holding is being carried out.
