Athletes from Kyrgyzstan participated in the international competitions Memorial of Afgan Safarov in Baku (Azerbaijan). Topsport_official reported on Instagram.
Renata Son (400m run) and Sabina Batadzhieva (long jump) won silver medals. Renata Son, Ivan Kuritsyn, Ekaterina Pavlenko and Shakhzodbek Sadykzhan uulu also took the second places in 4×400 mix relay.
Ekaterina Pavlenko (100m run), Shakhzodbek Sadykzhan uulu (400m run) and Timur Isakov (long jump) won bronze medals.
The competitions were held as part of the preparation for participation in the Asian Games 2023.
