The prosecutor’s office of Issyk-Ata district, Chui region of Kyrgyzstan initiated a criminal case on the fact of escape of the accused from the temporary detention facility under article 348 (negligence) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
So, on the night of June 5, the policeman on duty and policeman of the temporary detention facility of the Department of Internal Affairs of the district helped Kushubek Sabyrov, accused of especially serious crimes — kidnapping, robbery, illegal deprivation of liberty and attempted murder, to escape.
They were detained.
Investigative actions are carried out to find other persons involved in this crime.
