According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers on transfer of days off in 2023, Kyrgyzstanis had a long weekend for Nooruz holiday, and the working day on March 20 was transferred to the day off on April 29.
Kyrgyzstanis will also have a long weekend from May 5 to May 9. The working day on May 8 is transferred to May 13. Monday, May 1, will also be a day off.
The document applies to employees of state and municipal organizations, institutions and enterprises financed from the state budget, working according to a five-day work week schedule.
