The Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan proposes to entrust the processing of personal data of citizens to a special subordinate enterprise.
The authors of the draft resolution, submitted for public discussion, noted that there is no single regulatory legal act in law enforcement practice regulating the procedure and conditions for providing information from the biometric database of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As for the information processing structure subordinate to the Ministry of Digital Development, information from the database will be provided to third parties only with written consent, and the document must be notarized.
