Over 33 million soms were paid to victims of accidents at work in 2022. Press service of the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration reported.
According to it, 816 inspections were carried out (only 28 in 2021), including 401 — of non-state enterprises and 415 — of state ones.
«1,402 violations of labor legislation were revealed, 378 mandatory orders were issued, fines were imposed in the amount of 1.2 million soms. Based on the results of the inspections, employers paid overdue salaries of 8 million soms to employees,» the department noted.
At least 110 industrial accidents were investigated, in which 132 people were injured.
Based on the results of the investigations, the victims were paid compensation for damages in the amount of 33.1 million soms.
Other 2,600 citizens received advice on labor rights.
