At least 14 state-owned apartments were handed over to the State Mortgage Company. The Chairman of the State Property Management Fund of Kyrgyzstan Mirlan Bakirov told journalists.
According to him, the apartments were transferred to the authorized capital. The Ministry of Health received some of them. The last decision was on the transfer of a mansion in Orto-Sai village.
«Then these departments transfer a certain number of square meters for use under the program. As for the proposal to give out apartments to the poor living in illegally built houses, this is a matter of the municipalities. There is municipal property, there is state and private one. These are different concepts. We deal with state property,» Mirlan Bakirov concluded.
