The State Mortgage Company held an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on October 29, during which it was decided to increase the authorized capital of the organization. The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange’s website says.
The meeting participants approved the composition of the tallying commission. Then it was decided to increase the authorized capital of the State Mortgage Company by 3.5 billion soms. This will be done through issue of additional shares. In total, it is planned to issue 35,038 shares with a par value of 100,000 soms each.
The shares will be transferred to the sole shareholder of the company — the Department of Presidential Affairs. The placement of shares will be completed within three months after the registration of their issue. Part of the payment — 3.79 million soms — will be made in property, and the rest — in money.
It was also decided to amend the company’s charter. The new charter was approved, and re-registration with the justice authorities is to take place. Responsibility for re-registration was assigned to the Chairman of the Board, who was allowed to delegate this task to another person if necessary.
