State Mortgage Company needs more than 71 billion soms for the construction of houses. The Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Mortgage Company Nuradil Bayasov announced at a meeting of Eldik parliamentary group.
He noted that in 2023 the State Mortgage Company began the construction of mortgage housing. 2.2 billion soms were allocated for this.
In 2024, the contribution to the construction of houses increased sharply to 12.9 billion soms. Of these, 2 billion were allocated from the republican budget, 10.5 billion from the Stabilization Fund, 472 million were covered by funds from the German KfW Development Bank.
