President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov got acquainted with construction of the presidential school for gifted children in Cholpon-Ata. Press service of the head of state reported.
The educational institution is designed for 220 students. According to the project, students will be provided with all the necessary conditions for the simultaneous acquisition of knowledge and comfortable living. The school will meet all modern standards. It will have bedrooms for students, halls for various additional educational classes and much more.
Construction will be carried out by the example of Russian schools in Sochi and St. Petersburg.
The school is being built at expense of sponsor funds. Gifted children from all regions of the country will have an opportunity to learn and develop their talents and abilities there. The building is being constructed on the territory of one of the resorts, which is on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Health.
Sadyr Japarov focused on the importance of timely detection of gifted children so that the abilities of such a child find their full and creative development. He also instructed to complete the construction of the facility by the new academic year.
In addition, government agencies were instructed to work out all issues for implementation of the project, including staffing.
