The Department of Civil Aviation held negotiations with the Russian airline at the instruction of the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Bakyt Torobaev.
Ural Airlines agreed to transport cargo 200 free of charge to the Kyrgyz Republic from those destinations where Kyrgyz airlines do not fly," the statement says.
