Kairat Satybaldyuly, the nephew of the former president of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, has been taken into custody for two months. Website of the specialized Inter-District Investigative Court of the city of Nur-Sultan says.

Detention of Kairat Satybaldyuly was confirmed only in March. The anti-corruption agency said it is investigating abuse of office and embezzlement of funds from Kazakhtelecom on a large scale.
