Public hearings on the draft city budget for 2022 will be held in Bishkek. The Bishkek City Council reported.
It is noted that the hearings are held annually to inform the public and ensure openness of the procedures for consideration of the draft budget and use of its funds.
«The aim of the budget hearings is to provide information on the priority areas of budget formation, to take into account the opinions of members of the local community, to hear and discuss the information of the deputies and executive bodies of Bishkek City Council,» the City Council noted.
Hearings will be held tomorrow, March 10, at 9 a.m., at the cultural center of Manas University.
The draft budget of the capital is balanced — planned revenues amount to 11,690 billion soms, the growth rate compared to the approved plan for 2021 is 14.3 percent or 1,459 billion soms more.
