Procedure of registration of documents certifying the right to a land plot has been simplified in Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
The entire process of providing public services to individuals and legal entities has been facilitated in terms of drawing up documents certifying the right to a land plot, and a technical examination of real estate units.
The document was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov. It was developed to fill the gaps in regulatory legal acts. The resolution will enter into force on the day of its official publication.
