Eurovision 2021 participant Manizha Sangin arrived in Bishkek. The head of Child's Rights Defenders League, Nazgul Turdubekova, announced on Facebook.

SILSILA is working as a "panic button", which automatically sends an SOS signal to the pre-selected contacts with information about the incident. A separate menu contains information about help centers that can provide support in a difficult situation.
