Kyrgyzstani was convicted of illegal legalization of migrants in Novosibirsk (Russia). Russian media report.
According to them, Olesya Voznesenskaya and a Kyrgyzstani Zhanybek uulu Edilbek began illegal activities in 2019. They found residents of the near abroad and helped them fictitiously register for money.
The convicts offered migrants to purchase fake temporary registration documents. They looked for local residents who were ready to register migrants in their houses for money. They also provided their clients with document confirming knowledge of the Russian language at the level required by the law on the legal status of foreigners in Russia.
