The Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan begins large-scale work to combat smuggling and suppress the import of unaccounted goods from the EAEU countries. Chairman of the Tax Service, Altynbek Abduvapov, announced today at a press conference.
According to him, Kyrgyzstan has officially requested data on the export of goods from Russia. Preliminary information showed that the volume of imports was understated by 30-40 percent.
«In total, this makes a difference of about 250 million soms. Employees of the Tax Service are working on this issue. We have requested from the Russian government agencies detailed data on all sectors of consumer goods. Russia has already approved the request. I think by the end of the month we will receive complete information on export deals between Russia and Kyrgyzstan,» Altynbek Abduvapov told.
