Agreement between Dickens & Madson and a representative of Renaissance Agro-industrial Corporation LLC was signed on September 2. Abdymanap Karchygaev himself told at a press conference today, having presented the original document.
According to him, the agreement published on ForeignLobby.com is fake. He denies that there is any mention of Sadyr Japarov in it. As proof, he showed reporters the original contract.
«I started negotiations with this company a year ago. Then Sadyr Japarov was still in prison. Look, the contract was signed on September 2. Where was Sadyr Japarov that day? This company will look for investors who are ready to invest in Kyrgyzstan. Then they will organize meetings with the president. Maybe it will be not Sadyr Japarov,» Abdymanap Karchygaev said.
There is really the date September 2 in the head of the contract, which he showed to reporters. Ari Ben-Menashe put his signature only on October 18, 2020. Exactly this date is on each page of the agreement next to the signature of the head of Dickens & Madson. In addition, there is the phrase «on behalf of the Government of Kyrgyz Republic» on the last page, which can be translated as «in the interests of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic,» and there is the name and signature of Abdymanap Karchygaev.
