Citizens of Kyrgyzstan working in South Korea have bought a three-room apartment for a resident of Otuz-Adyr village in Kara-Suu district, who raises two children alone. The head of Amanat Foundation, uniting labor migrants from the Kyrgyz Republic, Turatbek Abdyzhapar uulu, told Azattyk.
Husband of the 37-year-old woman died while working in South Korea. His colleagues — migrants helped with delivery of his body to homeland.
Earlier, the diplomatic mission of Kyrgyzstan in Seoul reported that about 5,000 citizens of Kyrgyzstan work in South Korea.
