Residents of Klischino ask Vladimir Putin not to allow discrimination

Residents of Klischino village in Tula Oblast of Russia ask Vladimir Putin to save their houses. This is stated in an appeal of migrants to the presidents of Russia and Kyrgyzstan.

Villagers ask Vladimir Putin and Sooronbai Jeenbekov to pay attention to them and not to allow discrimination against citizens of the two countries on a national basis in the territory of Russia.

«I did not plan to create an enclave — I had a dream to live in peace, to build a house, raise children. It is the same dream, like of every person in this country,» head of Klischino villagers Baarkan Aiylchieva told.

She notes that a public hearing, where the master plan of the area will be considered, will take place in the near future.

«But even now the website of the Ministry of Economic Development contains a draft master plan on which all of our land plots were transferred to agricultural category, except for 8 houses that had been registered before July 2018,» she says.

The people offer in the appeal to transfer the released land to refugees from Ukraine, migrants from other states in order to prevent monoethnicity.

«There are 130 people, who urgently needed to solve the housing problem. We have managed to find land plots for them in other places of Tula, Moscow and Vladimir Oblasts. Our proposal to the authorities is to transfer the freed 130 land plots to large families, refugees from Ukraine or migrants from other states under the program of return of compatriots. Thus, the village will not be mono-ethnic,» residents of Klischino offer.

In December 2017, the 100th Kilometer agency started selling land in Klischino village in Tula Oblast of Russia. 400 people bought land, 40 of them built houses. All of them are migrants from Kyrgyzstan, half of them have Russian citizenship. The migrants informally called the village Ala-Too-1.

On July 6, local deputies canceled the decree «Master Plan for the Development of the District for 2016», on the basis of which land in Klischino was allocated for individual housing construction.

The former ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Russia offered the Kyrgyzstanis who bought land plots in Klischino to apply to the judicial authorities of Russia.
