Timur Shabdanbekov previously served at the Corruption Control Service of the State Committee for National Security. He is a career officer. He also represented the department in the Board of the State Registration Service.
Recall, under the presidency of Almazbek Atambayev, the 9th Directorate of SCNS was headed by Damir Musakeev. He is a defendant in a criminal case now.
The main task of the 9th Directorate is to ensure security of top officials of the state and their family members.
