The Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan is preparing a bill on one more wave of property legalization. The Economy Minister Oleg Pankratov announced today at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on economic and fiscal policy.
According to him, the issue is only being discussed. Due to the problems that arose in the past, the population has no confidence in the government.
«The project may not work, because there is a different interpretation of property subject to legalization. It turns out that if a person bought a property and did not show it, then he or she can legalize it. And if he committed a minor violation, not specifying its full cost, then the state is trying to punish him,» Oleg Pankratov said.
