To ensure the safety of the population on New Year’s Eve in Bishkek, the city police are switching to heavy security regime. Press service of the police department reported.
The police carry out work to prevent violations.
«On December 31, over 2,000 police officers will be on duty on Ala-Too central square. Checkpoints will be set up on the square where people will be screened for prohibited items,» the police said.
The police department asks not to leave children unattended during festive events.
