Nazgul Tashpaeva was born on August 11, 1973. She graduated from the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute, the Kyrgyz State Law Academy.
She began her career in 1997 at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Obstetrics and Pediatrics as a doctor.
From 2003 to 2007, she worked as an expert in the Presidential Administration, in the secretariat of the National Council for Women’s Affairs, Family and Gender Development, since 2007 — in the government’s office.
In 2009, she was a Minister of Labor and Social Protection.
2009-2010 — Director of the State Social Security Agency.
2010-2012 — expert of the EU Sector Policy of Budget Support Program.
2012-2013 — Lecturer at the Academy of Management under the President.
2013-2014 — UNICEF Social Protection Project Consultant.
She was a member of the working group on the development of a program for the development of social protection, expert groups for the development of the National Development Strategy of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2018-2040 and for the development of a program in the field of public health and health care system development for 2019-2030.
