Travel blogger tells about trip to Kyrgyzstan

A famous travel blogger Erwan Heussaff shared his impressions of the trip to Kyrgyzstan. He posted on his YouTube channel a review of catering places, showed the famous Osh bazaar in Bishkek and gave his assessment of traditional national dishes.

Erwan Heussaff calls himself a man who can try everything and love it. He described what lagman, beshbarmak, and plov were made of and explained why it was so tasty.

«Pay attention to the large number of bread products in Kyrgyzstan. Of course, the most popular bread is lepeshka. It is especially tasty when it is just taken from a tandoor. I liked the boorsoks too. They should be eaten with sour cream. It is called «kaimak» in Kyrgyzstan,» the blogger said.

Erwan Heussaff ate horsemeat and drank kumys with pleasure. «In general, the food in Kyrgyzstan is very nourishing, fatty, but at the same time invigorating. Probably, the combination of spices gives the effect,» the traveler stressed.

The prices of fruits, berries and vegetables on Osh bazaar pleasantly surprised Ervan Heussaff. «These all cost so cheap,» says Erwan Heussaff.

Just 1.5 dollars for a bucket of raspberries. For the money, I can take a shower of raspberries.
