«The project should be implemented according to a single standard, as transparent as possible, taking into account the experience of foreign countries and be clear for ordinary citizens,» the prime minister stressed.

The Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kashkar Dzhunushaliev and Сhairman of the State Сommittee for National Security Idris Kadyrkulov presented to the head of the government information about the social, political and criminal situation in the country, the progress in investigation of the resonant criminal cases on arson at a gold processing plant in Toguz-Toro district, fires in large markets in Bishkek and Jalal- Abad.

The society has serious complaints against the law enforcement bodies, including corruption. Only professional and not discredited employees should be involved in the work.
