Transport Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic opened a criminal case on the fact of emergency landing of a plane, which headed for Batken, in Bishkek.
According to the press service of the department, the case was initiated under Article 280 (violation of safety rules during the movement and / or operation of railway, air or water transport).
Plane RJ-85 of Tez Jet airline has made emergency landing on March 1. The pilots requested an emergency landing through dispatchers because of the failure of the left engine.
The plane landed safely, none of 96 passengers was injured. A commission for investigation has been set up.
