Sooronbai Jeenbekov sure: all questions with Kazakhstan to be removed soon

The elected president of Kyrgyzstan, Sooronbai Jeenbekov, is sure that all existing issues with Kazakhstan will be removed soon. He stated this in an interview with RIA Novosti.

«Kyrgyz-Kazakh relations are based on a common history, culture, spiritual values, good-neighborliness and brotherhood. The current problems are temporary, the parties held a series of negotiations on their settlement,» he said.

Recall, since October 10, Kazakhstan has strengthened control on the sections of the Kazakh-Kyrgyz and Kazakh-Russian border. There were long lines of heavy trucks at the checkpoints.

Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gosman Amrin earlier named the conditions under which the situation at the Kazakh-Kyrgyz border can be resolved.

Problems have reached the World Trade Organization. The first consideration of the issue is scheduled for November 10. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Kyrgyz Republic also awaits reaction from the Eurasian Economic Union and the Eurasian Economic Commission.
