Officials don’t plan to raise allowances for Kyrgyzsyanis with disabilities. The draft government decree on the state allowances was submitted for public discussion. The document will set the size of:
— one-time allowance at the birth of each child (suyunchu) — 4,000 soms;
— monthly allowance for the care of each child under 3 years — 700 soms;
— monthly allowance for citizens (families) with three or more children aged 3 to 16 years — 500 soms.
The amount of monthly social benefits for disabled citizens who don’t have the right to pension provision is proposed to be kept at the current level — from 1,000 to 3,000 soms, depending on the category of the recipient.
Note, last time the benefits to adults with disabilities were increased in 2011.
The financing of state benefits in 2018 will require 7, 965 billion soms.
