Hearing of the case of the former Justice Minister Aida Salyanova continues in Leninsky District Court of Bishkek.
Oral statements of the parties started, however, the child of the defendant fell ill. Aida Salyanova was hospitalized together with her daughter.
Her lawyer, Chinara Dzhakupbekova, is also absent from the hearing today: she is on a business trip, earlier she applied for postponement of the hearing. Judge Kubanychbek Kasymbekov upheld the petition.
Aida Salyanova is accused of abuse of office. Prosecutors ask for her eight years in prison with confiscation of property.
