About 200,000 Kyrgyz citizens want to vote not at place of registration. Such information was presented today at a meeting of the Parliament.
It was noted that in 2015 the form No. 2 (election address application form) was filled in by 132,000 voters.
As of September 27, 2017, there are already 197,157 people in the list. One can apply till September 29.
