Why do observers make extras? This undermines the confidence that the elections will be fair," Natalia Nikitenko said.
The initiator of amendments Asel Koduranova explained that from the observers one person will be present at the site. «If they have documents that show that there have been violations against a candidate whose interests they defend, let them file complaints.
