Labor migrants in St. Petersburg do not have the opportunity to register their biometric data. MP Irina Karamushkina said at the plenary session.

According to her, about 20,000 of our citizens work in St. Petersburg.

«We have a fateful election this year. They have a desire to participate, but have no opportunity. I ask the government to think over the question," the deputy said.
