Kyrgyzstan to clarify reasons for low profitability of state enterprises

Members of the interdepartmental commission in a month should find out the reasons for the loss and low profitability of state-owned enterprises. Vice Prime Minister Zhenish Razakov said this at a meeting on optimization of state property management, the information department of the Kyrgyz government reported.

«The state represented by the State Property Management Fund participates in 58 joint-stock companies and 164 state enterprises. At the same time, the analysis of the work of enterprises indicates that many of them are ineffective. A significant part of state enterprises is unprofitable," he said.

The results of the work of the interdepartmental commission will be submitted to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for consideration.
