CEC of Kyrgyzstan recognizes Maksat Alymbekov as member of Parliament

The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of Kyrgyzstan (CEC) has adopted a resolution to transfer a vacant parliamentary mandate to Maksat Alymbekov, the commission announced at its meeting.

Alymbekov has been registered as a member of the Zhogorku Kenesh representing multi-mandate constituency No. 20. He was presented with the official certificate and parliamentary badge.

Previously, the CEC terminated the powers of MP Temirlan Aitiev ahead of schedule after he voluntarily gave up his mandate.
