Kyrgyzstani Akzhol Makhmudov won a gold medal at the Asian Greco-Roman Wrestling Championships, currently underway in Bishkek. The UWW website says.
Akzhol Makhmudov’s opponent in the 77-kilogram final was Ali Zabihollah Oskou (Iran).
The Kyrgyzstani defeated in a close fight 3-3.
Earlier, Aftandil Taalaibek uulu won gold at the Asian Championships.
