Enforcement proceedings to recover alimony from citizen M.A.Zh. in favor of citizen K.L. have been completed in At-Bashy district of Naryn region. The alimony was set at 50 percent of the debtor’s income, the Bailiff Service under the Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
According to the service, as of January 21, the alimony arrears amounted to 940,000 soms.
«The funds were recovered in full and transferred to the claimant,» the statement says.
