The International Monetary Fund (IMF) predicts Kyrgyzstan’s GDP growth by 6.5 percent in 2024. The published World Economic Outlook says.
Earlier, the IMF predicted the growth of Kyrgyzstan’s economy by 4.4 percent. In 2025, according to forecast data, the growth of the Kyrgyz economy will be 5 percent.
It is noted that the average annual inflation in the republic this year will slow down to 5.1 percent.
The lowest growth of the world economy in 2029 was previously predicted by the IMF. According to analysts of the international financial institution, the expected growth of the world economy in five years is expected to be at the level of 3.1 percent.
The Eurasian Development Bank reported that the GDP of the EDB member countries grew by 4.2 percent in January-August 2024, demonstrating positive dynamics against the background of active domestic demand.
