Land plot of bus station returned to state in Talas

As a result of the prosecutor’s inspection, a land plot of 0.28 hectares, located in Manas district of Talas region, was returned to state ownership.

The prosecutor’s office of Talas region found out that this plot, previously owned by the Talas branch of Kyrgyz Avtobeketi state enterprise, was illegally transferred to private ownership by the resolution of Semetey (formerly Pokrovsky) ayil okmotu. The transfer of the land violated the norms of land legislation, which became the basis for taking prosecutorial response measures.

In order to eliminate the violations, the prosecutor’s office drew up an act of prosecutorial response, as a result of which the plot was returned to the balance sheet of Talas regional state enterprise of bus stations and auto-ticket offices.
