The closing ceremony of the XIII Moscow International Film Festival «We Will Live» was held at the Central House of Cinema in Moscow on August 25. At this event, the Kyrgyz film «Paradise Under Mothers’ Feet» directed by Ruslan Akun was awarded the Grand Prix of the festival. The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
This year, more than 400 works from 15 countries, including Russia, Belarus, Iran, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, were sent to the festival. The program included full-length and short feature films, as well as documentaries.
The International Festival «We Will Live» is a significant cultural event in Moscow, the purpose of which is to present new domestic and foreign films to viewers, expand the cinema audience and exchange experience between masters and novice filmmakers.
